Kester J. Nedd, D.O. is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Dr. Nedd was a founder of HealthNet in 1989.  Dr. Nedd has been an Associate Professor since 1993 and Assistant Professor since 1987 in the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation at the University of Miami School of Medicine, with a focus in medical informatics and health policy research.  Dr. Nedd has received numerous grants from private and governmental sources in support of his work.  In addition to creating the basic concept and operations of HealthNet, Dr. Nedd was successful in serving and supervising the implementation of projects for several large clients, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois and Florida, John Alden Insurance, and the Texas, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky and New Jersey Medicaid programs.  He was also editor-in-chief of five Florida directories published by HealthNet.  

Kenneth J. Nedd has been a director of the Company since its organization in 1999 and has been a director of HealthNet since 1989.  He has served as Vice President of Operations for HealthNet since 1989.  Mr. Nedd served as an administrator at the University of Miami School of Medicine in patient referrals from 1985 to 1987.  Mr. Nedd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Florida International University. 

Norris Archibald has been a director of the Company since its organization in 1999 and has been a director of HealthNet since 1989.  From 1970 to 1979, he was an active investor in commercial real estate.  Mr. Archibald was the founder of and has served as President of Flamingo Travel of New York since 1983.  He has a Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration from Columbia University.

Joseph Hodge has been a director of the Company since its organization in 1999 and has been a director of HealthNet since 1989.  He founded in 1971 Apex Construction, Ltd. in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, which is one of the largest construction firms in the Caribbean, and currently is its President.  Mr. Hodge has been in real estate development for 30 years and specializes in resort and hotel developments in the Caribbean.
