Kester J. Nedd, D.O., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, of eHDL and its Subsidiaries. Dr. Nedd was a founder of HealthNet in 1989.  Dr. Nedd has been an Associate Professor since 1993 and Assistant Professor since 1987 in the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation at the University of Miami School of Medicine, with a focus in medical informatics and health policy research.  As the founder of eHDL organization Dr. Nedd with the assistance of its management team and board of directors has created a well organized system of integrated health care and medical administrative services that is focused in the managed care industry, TPA administration, EDI transactions, provider credentialing, provider network administration, and on-line provider directory services. Dr. Nedd has raised over $34 million to build the organization and completed the acquisition of two companies to complete its technology infrastructure and the service component. The company has received numerous grants from private and governmental sources in support of his work. Dr. Nedd has extensive experience in contract negotiations (served on the contract committee for the University of Miami), provider credentialing, network development and administration, quality assurance and provider office automation and administration. He has supervised the development of CVO and TPA services in the eHDL organization. Dr. Nedd is an expert in the development and implementation of information systems with government level data processing, security and privacy standards. He is an expert in the HIPAA standards. In addition, to creating the basic concept and operations of the founding company, Dr. Nedd was instrumental in supervising the implementation of projects for several large clients. The clients including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois and Florida, John Alden Insurance, and the Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Oklahoma, and New Jersey Medicaid programs and Medicare nationally.  He was also editor-in-chief of five Florida directories published by HealthNet Pages.  

Angel A. Mongeotti, SVP, Operations, is responsible for operations of eHDL and its Subsidiaries in the State of Florida and Georgia. Mr. Mongeotti has served as COO for Hospitalists of America as well as a past Director of Finance for Foundation Health of Florida and Director of Statewide Contracting for Humana. Mr. Mongeotti has been in the healthcare field for over eighteen years with extensive experience in healthcare finance, information technology, risk management, provider contracting and development. Mr. Mongeotti received a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from Florida International University.

Kenneth J. Nedd, VP of Operations is a director and administrator of the eHDL since its organization in 1999 and has been a director an administrator of HealthNet since 1989 with over twenty-one years experience in healthcare administration, business development, information technology, provider network services, managed care services, contract outsourcing, implementation, and operational. Mr. Nedd has served as Vice President of Operations for HealthNet since 1989.  Mr. Nedd served as an administrator at the University of Miami School of Medicine in patient referrals from 1985 to 1987.  Mr. Nedd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Florida International University. 

Debbie Shumake, Senior Director of Operations, is responsible for implementation and operational task of Managed Care Programs at MedAdmin Solutions (MAS). Ms Shumake has been with MAS since 1992 and was previously the Manager of Operations overseeing Claims, Member Services, Information Systems and Reporting. Her career includes over twenty-three years of claims management experience of Indemnity, PPO and POS products for ITT Hartford, Lincoln National, Jefferson-Pilot Life Insurance Company, American United Life, Southcare, as well as the overall management of delegated managed care and capitation claims administration for numerous regional and national health plans.

 Aleta Mills, Director - Provider Relations, has over 14 years experience in managed care contracting, provider relations, and business development; with a Masters in Healthcare Administration. Held various management positions with Prudential, Aetna, Inc, and UnitedHealthcare. Experienced in facility, physician, ancillary, and capitated network contracting and administration. Responsible for all aspects of provider relations, network development and credentialing activities as well as personnel in these areas.
