The main objective of eHDL, Inc. Portal Suite, MedePort, is to harness the power of the Internet to connect Managed Care clients to their providers and their patients in an online in real-time manner that is consistent with both the Transaction and security standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Deployment of MedePort results in a demonstrable increase in customer satisfaction and cost savings. The completely deployed MedePort environment consists of a succession of secure yet user-friendly HTML pages which will allow real time access to the defined modules of MedAdmin Solutions, Inc., or any other managed care system to providers, administrators and patients. Resulting in “do it yourself” web access to functions that previously required telephone calls or fax submittal.

The goals of MedePort deployment are to:

1. Allow point of service member enrollment and update by administrative (e.g. clinic staff).
2. Allow real-time checks on member eligibility and benefit levels.
3. Allow on line request of new and replacement Member Cards.
4. Allow providers to request authorizations and referrals online and to check the status of authorizations and referrals in a real time manner when defined accordingly by the Managed Care System
5. Allow providers to submit claims online either interactively or in batch mode, and to check the real-time status of those claims.
6. Provide administrative access to Managed Care clients to add, delete, and modify users to the system.
