eHDL, Inc. is in fully compliant with the regulations issued by the Department of Health and Human Services regarding the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). We support the rules issued for electronic data transactions used in the administration of health care data and for privacy of individually identifiable health information, which became effective in October 2002 and April 2003, respectively; and we continue to adhere with all required updates. We have established internal policies and procedures to implement all aspects of the regulations that impact the services we provide throughout our operations.
As new final rules for HIPAA implementation are issued or changes made in the established regulations, eHDL, Inc. exerts all efforts to remain fully compliant.
